The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is RULV-TSL-18 at 26 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (5 sizes from M12 to M20) and hex flat milling (AF 17). Bores in this family run ⌀6–18 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is RULV-TSL-18: 26 mm long at ⌀20 mm, L/D 1.3. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is RULV-TSL-06 (⌀14 mm) and the largest RULV-TSL-18 (⌀20 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
