Inner Race Adapter is a Bearing & Seal Adapters family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 9 variants — diameters ⌀10–20 mm, lengths 15–35 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is RULA-ICB-12L at 35 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning. Bores in this family run ⌀5–14 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is RULA-ICB-08L: 28 mm long at ⌀14 mm, L/D 2.0. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h7 tolerance; the smallest is RULA-ICB-05 (⌀10 mm) and the largest RULA-ICB-14 (⌀20 mm). The family includes tapered, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
