Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is RULK-SEA-17 at 18 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning. Bores in this family run ⌀7–18 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is RULK-SEA-17: 18 mm long at ⌀20 mm, L/D 0.9. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to H8 tolerance; the smallest is RULK-SEA-07 (⌀15 mm) and the largest RULK-SEA-18 (⌀20 mm). The family includes tapered, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
