Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is RULA-TAY-K12 at 18 mm. Besides turning, the family requires knurling. Bores in this family run ⌀5–14 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is RULA-TAY-K05: 14 mm long at ⌀12 mm, L/D 1.2. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h9 tolerance; the smallest is RULA-TAY-05 (⌀12 mm) and the largest RULA-TAY-14 (⌀20 mm). The family includes knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
