Sealing Ring is a Bearing & Seal Adapters family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 8 variants — diameters ⌀12–20 mm, lengths 8–12 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is RULS-RNG-18 at 12 mm. The family is produced by turning alone. Bores in this family run ⌀6–18 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is RULS-RNG-06: 8 mm long at ⌀12 mm, L/D 0.7. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h9 tolerance; the smallest is RULS-RNG-06 (⌀12 mm) and the largest RULS-RNG-18 (⌀20 mm). The family includes bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
