Adjusting Collar is a Bearing & Seal Adapters family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀12–20 mm, lengths 8–20 mm, standard material Steel (also stainless steel, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is RULA-AYR-12L at 20 mm. The family is produced by turning alone. Bores in this family run ⌀5–15 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is RULA-AYR-10L: 18 mm long at ⌀16 mm, L/D 1.1. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h9 tolerance; the smallest is RULA-AYR-05 (⌀12 mm) and the largest RULA-AYR-15 (⌀20 mm). The family includes bored variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
