Spacer Sleeve is a Bearing & Seal Adapters family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 9 variants — diameters ⌀10–20 mm, lengths 10–32 mm, standard material Steel (also stainless steel, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is RULD-SPC-18 at 32 mm. The family is produced by turning alone. Bores in this family run ⌀6–18 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is RULD-SPC-18: 32 mm long at ⌀20 mm, L/D 1.6. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h9 tolerance; the smallest is RULD-SPC-06 (⌀10 mm) and the largest RULD-SPC-18 (⌀20 mm). The family includes bored variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
