Bearing Sleeve is a Bearing & Seal Adapters family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀12–20 mm, lengths 12–27 mm, standard material Steel (also stainless steel, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is RULB-BSL-20 at 27 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning. Bores in this family run ⌀8–19 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is RULB-BSL-20: 27 mm long at ⌀20 mm, L/D 1.4. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h7, h6 tolerance classes; the smallest is RULB-BSL-08 (⌀12 mm) and the largest RULB-BSL-20 (⌀20 mm). The family includes tapered, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
