Actuator Push Pin is a Valve Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀5–20 mm, lengths 24–64 mm, standard material Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is VALA-ITP-16 at 64 mm. Besides turning, the family requires axial drilling (⌀3.3 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is VALA-ITP-04: 29 mm long at ⌀6 mm, L/D 4.8. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to h8 tolerance; the smallest is VALA-ITP-03 (⌀5 mm) and the largest VALA-ITP-16 (⌀20 mm). The family includes bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
