Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is VALB-STK-18 at 24 mm. Besides turning, the family requires hex flat milling (AF 8–17), taper turning and knurling. Bores in this family run ⌀3.2–14 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is VALB-STK-14: 22 mm long at ⌀17 mm, L/D 1.3. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to H7 tolerance; the smallest is VALB-STK-05 (⌀9.2 mm) and the largest VALB-STK-20 (⌀20 mm). The family includes hex-drive, tapered, knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
