Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is VALB-CAG-20 at 37 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M6 to M16) and hex flat milling (AF 10–17). Bores in this family run ⌀3–11.5 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is VALB-CAG-20: 37 mm long at ⌀20 mm, L/D 1.9. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is VALB-CAG-06 (⌀11.5 mm) and the largest VALB-CAG-20 (⌀20 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
