Transition Ring (Adapter) is a Valve Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 9 variants — diameters ⌀8–20 mm, lengths 9–27 mm, standard material Aluminium (also steel, stainless steel or brass). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is VALB-RNG-18 at 27 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning and knurling. Bores in this family run ⌀3–14 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is VALB-RNG-10: 19 mm long at ⌀14 mm, L/D 1.4. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h8 tolerance; the smallest is VALB-RNG-05 (⌀8 mm) and the largest VALB-RNG-20 (⌀20 mm). The family includes tapered, knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
