The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is VALB-RNG-18 at 27 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning and knurling. Bores in this family run ⌀3–14 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
