Needle Valve Tip is a Valve Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀3–14 mm, lengths 18–46 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀14 mm bar stock; its longest variant is VALA-NDL-14 at 46 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (M6, M8) and taper turning. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The most slender variant is VALA-NDL-03: 18 mm long at ⌀3 mm, a length-to-diameter ratio of 6.0. A part this slender needs tailstock support on a conventional lathe. On a sliding-head lathe the guide bushing holds the bar right next to the cutting edge, so the part is machined without a centre.
Variants are machined to h7, 6g tolerance classes; the smallest is VALA-NDL-03 (⌀3 mm) and the largest VALA-NDL-14 (⌀14 mm). The family includes threaded, tapered, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
