Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is VALB-INS-18 at 16 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning and knurling. Bores in this family run ⌀2.5–13 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is VALB-INS-10: 11 mm long at ⌀12 mm, L/D 0.9. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to n6 tolerance; the smallest is VALB-INS-05 (⌀6 mm) and the largest VALB-INS-20 (⌀20 mm). The family includes tapered, knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
