Poppet Valve Element is a Valve Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀4–20 mm, lengths 16–50 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is VALA-PPT-20 at 50 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is VALA-PPT-04: 16 mm long at ⌀4 mm, L/D 4.0. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to h7 tolerance; the smallest is VALA-PPT-04 (⌀4 mm) and the largest VALA-PPT-20 (⌀20 mm). The family includes tapered, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
