Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is ARAH-HEX-17T at 14 mm. Besides turning, the family requires hex flat milling (AF 5.5–17). Bores in this family run ⌀3.2–10.5 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is ARAH-HEX-17T: 14 mm long at ⌀19.6 mm, L/D 0.7. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h11 tolerance; the smallest is ARAH-HEX-055 (⌀6.4 mm) and the largest ARAH-HEX-17T (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes hex-drive, bored variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
