The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is ARAK-KNL-20 at 14 mm. Besides turning, the family requires knurling. Bores in this family run ⌀4.3–10.5 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is ARAK-KNL-12S: 10 mm long at ⌀12 mm, L/D 0.8. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.

Variants are machined to h10 tolerance; the smallest is ARAK-KNL-08 (⌀8 mm) and the largest ARAK-KNL-20 (⌀20 mm). The family includes knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
