Shouldered PCB Standoff (Stepped) is a Spacers & Standoffs family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 12 variants — diameters ⌀6–15 mm, lengths 13–57 mm, standard material Aluminium (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀16 mm bar stock; its longest variant is ARAB-SPS-12 at 57 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (5 sizes from M3 to M8) and axial drilling (⌀3.2–8.5 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is ARAB-SPS-06: 41 mm long at ⌀8 mm, L/D 5.1. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is ARAB-SPS-01 (⌀6 mm) and the largest ARAB-SPS-12 (⌀15 mm). The family includes threaded, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
