Wide Flange Spacer Washer is a Spacers & Standoffs family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 9 variants — diameters ⌀10–20 mm, lengths 4–7 mm, standard material Steel (also stainless steel, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is ARAW-WID-20 at 7 mm. Besides turning, the family requires axial drilling (⌀3.2–8.4 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is ARAW-WID-10: 4 mm long at ⌀10 mm, L/D 0.4. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h9 tolerance; the smallest is ARAW-WID-10 (⌀10 mm) and the largest ARAW-WID-20 (⌀20 mm). The family includes bored variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
