Stepped Spacer Washer is a Spacers & Standoffs family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀9–20 mm, lengths 6–12 mm, standard material Aluminium (also steel, stainless steel or brass). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is ARAS-STP-15 at 12 mm. The family is produced by turning alone. Bores in this family run ⌀3.2–10.5 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is ARAS-STP-06: 6 mm long at ⌀9 mm, L/D 0.7. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h9 tolerance; the smallest is ARAS-STP-06 (⌀9 mm) and the largest ARAS-STP-16 (⌀20 mm). The family includes bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
