The family is machined from ⌀16 mm bar stock; its longest variant is ARAB-TCS-12 at 56 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning and axial drilling (⌀2.5–6.8 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The most slender variant is ARAB-TCS-03: 36 mm long at ⌀6 mm, a length-to-diameter ratio of 6.0. A part this slender needs tailstock support on a conventional lathe. On a sliding-head lathe the guide bushing holds the bar right next to the cutting edge, so the part is machined without a centre.

Variants are machined to 6H tolerance; the smallest is ARAB-TCS-01 (⌀6 mm) and the largest ARAB-TCS-12 (⌀16 mm). The family includes tapered, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
