Stop Bushing is a Fixing & Locating family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 12 variants — diameters ⌀10–20 mm, lengths 8–20 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is TESB-DAY-14S at 20 mm. Besides turning, the family requires hex flat milling (AF 13–17) and knurling. Bores in this family run ⌀5–10.2 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is TESB-DAY-08K: 16 mm long at ⌀12 mm, L/D 1.3. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to H7 tolerance; the smallest is TESB-DAY-06 (⌀10 mm) and the largest TESB-DAY-14S (⌀20 mm). The family includes hex-drive, knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
