Threaded-Mount Locating Pin is a Fixing & Locating family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀6–20 mm, lengths 23–79 mm, standard material Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is TESA-TLP-18 at 79 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M4 to M12). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is TESA-TLP-18: 79 mm long at ⌀20 mm, L/D 4.0. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to h7 tolerance; the smallest is TESA-TLP-04 (⌀6 mm) and the largest TESA-TLP-18 (⌀20 mm). The family includes threaded, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
