Locating Pin is a Fixing & Locating family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 12 variants — diameters ⌀6–20 mm, lengths 12–38 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request an instant quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is TESB-KON-14 at 38 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (M5, M6, M8) and taper turning. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is TESB-KON-08P: 22 mm long at ⌀8 mm, L/D 2.8. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to g6 tolerance; the smallest is TESB-KON-03 (⌀6 mm) and the largest TESB-KON-14 (⌀20 mm). The family includes threaded, tapered, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
