The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is TESB-TAS-M10S at 22 mm. Besides turning, the family requires hex flat milling (AF 10–13), knurling and axial drilling (⌀2.5–8.5 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is TESB-TAS-M8H: 20 mm long at ⌀18 mm, L/D 1.1. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
