Stop Pin is a Fixing & Locating family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 12 variants — diameters ⌀8–20 mm, lengths 13–48 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is TESB-STP-16 at 48 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (M8, M10). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is TESB-STP-16: 48 mm long at ⌀20 mm, L/D 2.4. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h7 tolerance; the smallest is TESB-STP-04 (⌀8 mm) and the largest TESB-STP-16 (⌀20 mm). The family includes threaded, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
