Conical-Tip Centering Pin is a Fixing & Locating family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀3–20 mm, lengths 17–86 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is TESA-CPC-20 at 86 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is TESA-CPC-03: 17 mm long at ⌀3 mm, L/D 5.7. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to h6 tolerance; the smallest is TESA-CPC-03 (⌀3 mm) and the largest TESA-CPC-20 (⌀20 mm). The family includes tapered, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
