Manufacturing Scope
Support Pin is a Fixing & Locating family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 12 variants — diameters ⌀6–19.6 mm, lengths 18–38 mm, standard material Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request an instant quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is TESB-MES-M12F at 38 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M4 to M12) and hex flat milling (AF 13–17). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is TESB-MES-M4: 18 mm long at ⌀6 mm, L/D 3.0. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.
Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is TESB-MES-M4 (⌀6 mm) and the largest TESB-MES-M10H (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
