Reducer Bushing is a Membrane Press Spares family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀6–20 mm, lengths 14–35 mm, standard material Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is MEMB-RDB-20 at 35 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning. Bores in this family run ⌀2.5–12 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is MEMB-RDB-06: 14 mm long at ⌀6 mm, L/D 2.3. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
