Reducer Bushing is a Membrane Press Spares family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀6–20 mm, lengths 14–35 mm, standard material Steel (also stainless steel, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is MEMB-RDB-20 at 35 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning. Bores in this family run ⌀2.5–12 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is MEMB-RDB-06: 14 mm long at ⌀6 mm, L/D 2.3. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h7 tolerance; the smallest is MEMB-RDB-06 (⌀6 mm) and the largest MEMB-RDB-20 (⌀20 mm). The family includes tapered, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
