Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is MEMB-KLB-18F at 31 mm. The family is produced by turning alone. Bores in this family run ⌀3–14 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is MEMB-KLB-05: 12 mm long at ⌀5 mm, L/D 2.4. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h6 tolerance; the smallest is MEMB-KLB-05 (⌀5 mm) and the largest MEMB-KLB-18F (⌀20 mm). The family includes bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
