Seal Bushing is a Membrane Press Spares family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀6–20 mm, lengths 6–15 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is MEMB-KCB-16S at 15 mm. The family is produced by turning alone. Bores in this family run ⌀4–13 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is MEMB-KCB-06: 6 mm long at ⌀6 mm, L/D 1.0. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.

Variants are machined to h8 tolerance; the smallest is MEMB-KCB-06 (⌀6 mm) and the largest MEMB-KCB-16S (⌀20 mm). The family includes bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
