Manufacturing Scope
Magnetic Pin Housing is a Membrane Press Spares family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀8–20 mm, lengths 18–38 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is MEMA-MPG-12 at 38 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M4 to M12) and hex flat milling (AF 8–13). Bores in this family run ⌀4–12 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is MEMA-MPG-05H: 26 mm long at ⌀10 mm, L/D 2.6. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6g, h7 tolerance classes; the smallest is MEMA-MPG-04 (⌀8 mm) and the largest MEMA-MPG-12 (⌀20 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
