The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is MEMB-VAB-10L at 42 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (5 sizes from M5 to M12), hex flat milling (AF 8–17), taper turning, knurling and axial drilling (⌀3–8 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
