Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is MEMB-VAB-10L at 42 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (5 sizes from M5 to M12), hex flat milling (AF 8–17), taper turning, knurling and axial drilling (⌀3–8 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is MEMB-VAB-08L: 35 mm long at ⌀15 mm, L/D 2.3. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is MEMB-VAB-05 (⌀9.2 mm) and the largest MEMB-VAB-12K (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, tapered, knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
