Spring Pin Body is a Membrane Press Spares family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀8–20 mm, lengths 24–61 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is MEMA-YPG-14 at 61 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning and axial drilling (⌀2.5–9 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is MEMA-YPG-05L: 46 mm long at ⌀9 mm, L/D 5.1. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.
Variants are machined to h7 tolerance; the smallest is MEMA-YPG-04 (⌀8 mm) and the largest MEMA-YPG-14 (⌀20 mm). The family includes tapered, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
