Adjustment Bushing is a Membrane Press Spares family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀8–20 mm, lengths 12–32 mm, standard material Steel (also stainless steel, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is MEMB-AYB-18T at 32 mm. Besides turning, the family requires knurling. Bores in this family run ⌀3–14 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is MEMB-AYB-06: 17 mm long at ⌀10 mm, L/D 1.7. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h7 tolerance; the smallest is MEMB-AYB-04 (⌀8 mm) and the largest MEMB-AYB-18T (⌀20 mm). The family includes knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
