Press Pin is a Membrane Press Spares family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀4–18 mm, lengths 21–81 mm, standard material Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀18 mm bar stock; its longest variant is MEMA-BSP-12 at 81 mm. The family is produced by turning alone. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The most slender variant is MEMA-BSP-04: 36 mm long at ⌀6 mm, a length-to-diameter ratio of 6.0. A part this slender needs tailstock support on a conventional lathe. On a sliding-head lathe the guide bushing holds the bar right next to the cutting edge, so the part is machined without a centre.
Variants are machined to h6 tolerance; the smallest is MEMA-BSP-02 (⌀4 mm) and the largest MEMA-BSP-12 (⌀18 mm). The family includes multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
