Guide Bushing is a Hydraulic & Pneumatic Pistons family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀9–20 mm, lengths 18–40 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless steel or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is HIDB-GDB-16 at 40 mm. The family is produced by turning alone. Bores in this family run ⌀5–16 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is HIDB-GDB-05: 18 mm long at ⌀9 mm, L/D 2.0. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to H7 tolerance; the smallest is HIDB-GDB-05 (⌀9 mm) and the largest HIDB-GDB-16 (⌀20 mm). The family includes bored variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
