Rod Eye Stud is a Hydraulic & Pneumatic Pistons family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 9 variants — diameters ⌀12–20 mm, lengths 22–42 mm, standard material Steel (also stainless steel, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is HIDA-MUB-12S at 42 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (M8, M10), hex flat milling (AF 17) and knurling. Bores in this family run ⌀5–10.2 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is HIDA-MUB-12S: 42 mm long at ⌀18 mm, L/D 2.3. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h8, 6g tolerance classes; the smallest is HIDA-MUB-06 (⌀12 mm) and the largest HIDA-MUB-14K (⌀20 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
