Sealing Ring is a Hydraulic & Pneumatic Pistons family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀11–20 mm, lengths 3–6 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is HIDB-SLR-17 at 6 mm. The family is produced by turning alone. Bores in this family run ⌀6–17 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is HIDB-SLR-17: 6 mm long at ⌀20 mm, L/D 0.3. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to H8 tolerance; the smallest is HIDB-SLR-06 (⌀11 mm) and the largest HIDB-SLR-17 (⌀20 mm). The family includes bored variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
