Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is HIDB-TGB-14 at 27 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (M10, M12). Bores in this family run ⌀6–14 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is HIDB-TGB-14: 27 mm long at ⌀20 mm, L/D 1.4. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is HIDB-TGB-06 (⌀12 mm) and the largest HIDB-TGB-14 (⌀20 mm). The family includes threaded, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
