Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is OPTB-SPR-12 at 40 mm. Besides turning, the family requires knurling. Bores in this family run ⌀3.2–16.2 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is OPTB-SPR-12: 40 mm long at ⌀20 mm, L/D 2.0. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h8 tolerance; the smallest is OPTB-SPR-01 (⌀6 mm) and the largest OPTB-SPR-12 (⌀20 mm). The family includes knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
