Adjustment Collar is a Opto-Mechanical Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀8–20 mm, lengths 6–11 mm, standard material Aluminium (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is OPTA-ADC-20 at 11 mm. Besides turning, the family requires knurling. Bores in this family run ⌀5–16 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is OPTA-ADC-08: 6 mm long at ⌀8 mm, L/D 0.8. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.

Variants are machined to H8 tolerance; the smallest is OPTA-ADC-08 (⌀8 mm) and the largest OPTA-ADC-20 (⌀20 mm). The family includes knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
