Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is OPTA-SPR-20 at 25 mm. The family is produced by turning alone. Bores in this family run ⌀6–17 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is OPTA-SPR-20: 25 mm long at ⌀20 mm, L/D 1.3. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h6 tolerance; the smallest is OPTA-SPR-08 (⌀8 mm) and the largest OPTA-SPR-20 (⌀20 mm). The family includes bored variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
