Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is OPTA-HMC-12F at 10 mm. Besides turning, the family requires hex flat milling (AF 8–17). Bores in this family run ⌀5–14 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is OPTA-HMC-05: 5 mm long at ⌀9.2 mm, L/D 0.5. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6H tolerance; the smallest is OPTA-HMC-05 (⌀9.2 mm) and the largest OPTA-HMC-13 (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes hex-drive, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
